At Core Human Health LLC, we stand behind the quality of the products we curate and sell. Because many of our products are large, specialized, or freight-delivered items, returns are handled with care and coordination.
This policy outlines how returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are administered for purchases made through corehumanhealth.com.
Core Human Health remains your primary point of contact throughout the return process.

Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be approved under the following circumstances:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

The customer requests a return within the 30-day window and the item meets condition requirements
Some manufacturer guidelines may apply to specific products. Core Human Health coordinates and administers all return authorizations and communication.
4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

Return shipping will be covered by Core Human Health.

A prepaid return label or freight instructions will be provided.
For non-defective returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including freight return costs when applicable.

Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price.
The restocking fee reflects manufacturer return processing costs and will be deducted from the refund total.
Exchanges for the same item (if available) will not incur a restocking fee.
Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
5. Freight Returns (Large Items)
Large items such as sauna cabins and cold plunge systems may require coordinated freight return.
Customers must:

Properly repackage the item

Make the item available for scheduled pickup
Failure to follow return freight instructions may impact eligibility for refund.
Core Human Health will assist in coordinating freight pickup and documentation.
6. Refunds & Replacements
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Alternatively, a replacement may be issued if preferred and available.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted for eligible items that meet return conditions.
Replacement items ship once the original item has been received and approved.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process must be followed.
Custom-built or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
