This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and supported.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In-stock products typically process within 1–3 business days. Custom-built, made-to-order, or manufacturer-backordered products may require additional lead time.
If extended processing time applies, it will be noted on the product page or confirmed after purchase.
Core Human Health remains your primary point of contact throughout the order process.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to physical addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes that cannot accept carrier delivery

International addresses (unless otherwise stated)
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on most eligible orders within the United States unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout as required by law.
There are no hidden handling or processing fees.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Total delivery time includes both order processing and carrier transit time.
For most in-stock items, total delivery time typically ranges from 3–9 business days.
Larger products such as sauna cabins, cold plunge systems, and other oversized equipment may require freight delivery and may have extended transit timelines depending on destination and scheduling availability.
Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including carrier scheduling and regional freight conditions.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.
5. Shipping Methods & Carriers
Small to mid-size items may ship via national carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Large or heavy products ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers with curbside delivery.
For freight deliveries:

The carrier will typically contact you to schedule delivery.

An adult (18+) must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

Delivery is curbside only unless otherwise stated.

Placement inside the home or assembly services are not included unless specifically purchased.
6. Freight Delivery Inspection Requirements
Customers are responsible for inspecting freight shipments upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:

Note the damage clearly on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

Photograph the packaging and product.

Contact us within 7 days.
Failure to document visible damage at delivery may limit freight claim eligibility.
Core Human Health will assist in coordinating damage claims and replacement when appropriate.
7. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
If you do not receive tracking within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us.
8. Delayed, Lost, or Marked Delivered Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, marked delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, please contact:

9. Missing Items
If an item is missing from your shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and details.
We will coordinate resolution with the manufacturer or warehouse partner and arrange shipment of missing components when applicable.
10. Returns & Return Shipping
Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including freight return costs when applicable.
Return authorization must be obtained prior to sending any item back.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approved returns are received and inspected.
11. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipment fees may apply.
12. Manufacturer Guidelines
Core Human Health partners with established manufacturers that may maintain product-specific shipping, return, or warranty guidelines.
While certain manufacturer requirements may apply, Core Human Health administers and coordinates all customer communication and support related to orders placed through our website.
