Sunlighten saunas are carefully packaged and freight-shipped in large protective panels. Once shipped, most saunas take approximately 12–15 business days to reach the local delivery network. The final-mile carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Your sauna will arrive on a pallet and requires a clear, flat, paved delivery surface. A driveway or accessible garage area is ideal. Palletized deliveries cannot be moved up stairs while on the pallet.

Because the Amplify IV is a larger four-person sauna, it is especially important to measure doorways, hallways, stairways, tight turns, and the final room before ordering. Plan for multiple people to help move large panels and assemble the sauna in its final location.
