Golden Designs Inc. Product Policies

(Applies to Golden Designs Inc. products sold by Core Human Health)

Cancellation & Return Policy

Buyers may request cancellation or return of Golden Designs Inc. products subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to all policies stated herein.

Cancellation & Return Timeframes

  • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

  • All returns must be initiated and processed within 30 days of delivery

The Buyer assumes all risk of loss associated with returned goods, including all shipping, handling, restocking, storage, and other applicable fees, costs, and expenses described in this policy.

Inspection & Refund Processing

Golden Designs Inc. (the “Seller”) reserves the right to refuse any refund, deposit return, or cancellation of payment due until all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The returned goods have been received by the Seller

  2. The goods have been inspected

  3. The goods are determined, at the Seller’s sole discretion, to be free of damage

Once these conditions are satisfied, approved refunds will be issued within five (5) business days after the product has been returned to the warehouse and inspected.

Return Condition Requirements

  • All returned goods must be in their original packaging

  • The Seller may refuse to refund all or any portion of any payment, or cancel payment due and owing, if the Buyer fails to comply with or violates any portion of this policy

Shipping, Handling & Restocking Fees

All cancelled orders and/or returned goods are subject to the following fees and requirements:

  • Storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods

  • Handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price for each sauna (where applicable)

  • All shipping costs to and from the Seller

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Seller

Failure to obtain an RMA number prior to return shipment will result in:

  • Refusal of the returned shipment

  • Buyer responsibility for all shipping, handling, and related costs

All fees and costs assessed under this policy must be paid by the Buyer to the Seller upon demand.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

Thank you for purchasing a Golden Designs Infrared Sauna.

  • Orders typically ship from the warehouse within 2 business days of purchase.

  • Once your sauna leaves the warehouse, tracking information will be provided.

Core Human Health works closely with Golden Designs Inc. and its freight partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

Delivery Area Restrictions

Golden Designs Inc. reserves the right to cancel an order for delivery locations that are:

  • Islands

  • Remote destinations

  • Difficult-to-access delivery areas within the continental United States

If you are unsure whether your delivery location may present challenges, please contact Core Human Health prior to placing your order. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply for certain locations.

Freight Delivery Process

  • Your sauna will be shipped via freight carrier.

  • The freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery date and time.

  • Delivery is typically scheduled within a 4-hour delivery window.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Core Human Health before shipment of any potential delivery challenges, including but not limited to:

  • Remote or rural locations

  • Long or steep driveways

  • Low-hanging trees

  • Apartment complexes

  • Stairs or restricted access areas

Addressing these concerns prior to shipping helps prevent delays or failed delivery attempts.

Delivery Method (Curbside Delivery)

  • Saunas are delivered on a 53-foot semi-truck.

  • One driver will unload the pallet.

  • Delivery is curbside only or at the end of the driveway.

  • The driver will not move the pallet beyond the curb, into a garage, or inside a residence.

Packaging Information

  • 1–2 person sauna models ship in one box.

  • Larger sauna models ship in multiple boxes.

  • All boxes are strapped vertically to a pallet for transport.

Delivery Inspection Requirements

Once the pallet has been unloaded, customers must immediately inspect the exterior of all boxes for visible damage.

  • Note any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt.

  • Boxes do not need to be opened at the time of delivery.

  • Refuse delivery if you observe:

    • Large holes in the boxes

    • Severe damage (commonly caused by forklifts)

Failure to document damage at the time of delivery may impact the ability to file a freight claim.

5 Year Limited Warranty*:  Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase.  This sauna is for INDOOR use only.  Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase).  Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service.  This warranty covers parts, but does not cover labor.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:

  • Use of lacquer or paints
  • Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces 
  • Outdoor applications
  • Normal wear and tear or weathering
  • Use of product not in accordance with instructions
  • Worn out receptacle

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.

Disclaimers

Golden Designs, Inc. shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. Specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

Limited Lifetime Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the sauna room against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product from the original date of purchase. The sauna is for indoor use or outdoor use depending on the model. When placed outdoors, a water proof cover or the sauna’s roof panel must be installed to cover the sauna room for protection. Any damage caused by direct exposure to outdoor weather elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty if your sauna it not properly maintained. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.


Extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Golden Designs Inc. brand name, delivered in the contiguous United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame, owner transfer, or relocation. The warranty extends to the sauna room and excludes the heater as it is covered by its own manufacturer warranty. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase.

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: sauna room, sauna control panel, and the connected wire harnesses. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change for any part not covered 
under the existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. at its discretion to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition, you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. The product warranty covers parts, but does not cover labor.

▪ Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
▪ Outdoor applications not protected safely from outdoor weather elements, including the glass door
▪ Normal wear and tear or weathering
▪ Use of product not in accordance with instructions
▪ Improper use of the sauna
▪ Moisture or water seepage

Since the wood used in construction may have been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment. Please note that water seepage will not hurt the wood and is a normal tendency of outdoor application. The water will usually dry quickly due to the heated environment. If you want to keep the sauna completely dry, you will need to install the barrel sauna under a covered structure.

Please include a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip when registering. The serial number (S/N) is located on the sauna’s front panel, rear panel, or on the carton. The warranty must be registered within 60 days of the purchase date.
