The Finnmark FD-5 Trinity XL is a spacious 3–4-person indoor combination sauna designed for those who do not want to choose between infrared warmth, high-temperature Finnish sauna bathing and red light therapy.

Use the FD-5 for the enveloping warmth of infrared, the higher temperatures and steam bursts of a traditional sauna, or a light-focused session beneath the integrated red light panel.
Spectrum Plus™ infrared
UL-listed Spectrum Plus™ heaters deliver concentrated far- and mid-infrared warmth throughout the spacious cabin. The infrared system reaches a maximum temperature of approximately 170°F.
Traditional Finnish sauna
The 4.5kW Harvia KIP45B heater warms vulcanite sauna stones for radiant heat up to approximately 190°F. Add water to the heated stones to create the familiar burst of steam known as löyly.
Spectrum Red Light™
A 192-diode, 650nm red light panel is integrated into the cabin, allowing red light therapy to become part of the sauna ritual without requiring a separate device or treatment space.

How many people can use the FD-5?
The FD-5 is designed to seat three to four people. The full-width upper and lower benches also provide generous room for one or two people who prefer additional space.
Does the traditional heater produce steam?
Yes. The Harvia heater warms traditional sauna stones. Pouring an appropriate amount of water over the heated stones creates a burst of steam and temporarily raises the perceived heat and humidity.
What electrical preparation is required?
The infrared system requires a 240V electrical connection. The 4.5kW Harvia heater requires a separate dedicated 240V connection installed by a licensed electrician. The final electrical plan, circuit requirements and outlet placement should be confirmed before installation.
Is the FD-5 intended for indoor use?
Yes. The FD-5 Trinity XL is designed for installation in a dry, climate-controlled indoor environment.
Are sauna stones included?
Harvia sauna stones are included. Because each natural stone has a different shape and size, an additional box may be recommended to achieve the best arrangement and proper coverage around the heating elements.
What warranty coverage is included?
The FD-5 includes Finnmark’s limited manufacturer warranty. The Harvia traditional sauna heater includes a two-year warranty for consumer use. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s current terms, proper installation, required maintenance and residential-use conditions.

The FD-5 ships by scheduled curbside freight delivery. The sauna arrives in pre-fabricated sections that are assembled at the final installation location.
