Shipping Policy

Delivery Lead Times

All saunas and hot tubs are custom-made, built on demand, and delivered as a crated, prefabricated kit.

Due to increased demand, lead times may vary. Current estimated lead times are:

  • Displayed during the checkout process

  • Confirmed via email after your order is placed

We will keep you informed as your custom sauna, hot tub, or shower is built, completed, shipped, and prepared for delivery.

Crate & Product Size

Saunas and hot tubs are shipped in large, crated kits.

For detailed information regarding:

  • Crate dimensions

  • Product weight

  • Shipping container size

Please visit the Resources Page and select your specific sauna size under the Measurements section prior to ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

To obtain a shipping quote:

  • Build a cart and proceed to checkout to view estimated shipping costs
    or

  • Contact us directly for a custom shipping quote to your delivery address

Freight Shipping & Delivery Process

All Finnish Sauna Builders products are shipped via freight carrier.

Delivery includes:

  • Shipment to the freight terminal nearest your location

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment

  • Delivery includes liftgate service, unloading the crate to the curbside of your residence

Curbside delivery does not include placement inside the home. Customers are responsible for moving the crate to its final location and arranging any required assistance.

Receiving Your Delivery

When your shipment is on its way, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

When receiving any freight shipment, please ensure:

  • You have received the correct number of boxes

  • There is no visible shipping damage

Before signing for delivery, carefully review the delivery receipt / bill of lading to confirm the number of items received matches what was shipped.

Additional Delivery Charges

Free residential delivery applies only to locations that are easily accessible by standard delivery methods (such as FedEx or UPS). Products that cannot be shipped through these services will be assessed an LTL freight charge.

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

  • Roads to the delivery location do not permit Class 6 vehicles (school-bus size), including remote cabins or island locations

  • The shipping crate exceeds 92 inches in length and cannot be unloaded using a standard liftgate

If the crate does not fit on the liftgate:

  • Customers may manually unload the contents using two or more people

  • Hire a moving company

  • Use forklift or material-handling equipment

Due to insurance restrictions, the delivery driver is not permitted to assist with unloading if the crate does not fit on the liftgate. Please contact us in advance if you have concerns about crate size or offloading requirements.

International Deliveries

All out-of-country deliveries are shipped via UPS or FedEx Worldwide services. Local taxes and duties are collected prior to delivery and are assessed by local authorities. These fees cannot be waived.

Delivery Availability & Storage Fees

If you are unavailable to receive your delivery within 48 hours of being contacted by the freight carrier to schedule delivery, storage fees of $100 per day may apply.

Damages Incurred During Shipment

While damage is rare, there are two types of shipping damage:

  • Visible damage: Damage to the crate or container

  • Concealed damage: Damage to contents with no visible crate damage

Reporting Damage

  • Visible damage or item shortages must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery after opening the packaging

Finnish Sauna Builders will replace any damaged or missing parts provided notification is received within 72 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be honored.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to making the process as clear and fair as possible. Please review the policies below carefully before placing your order.

How to Cancel or Modify an Order

To cancel or modify an order, please email support@corehumanhealth.com to request return authorization. You may also complete the request form located at the bottom of this page. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Purchase

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

For transactions over $2,500, a 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is charged by payment processors and is non-refundable to us.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Cancellation After 24 Hours of Purchase

Because our products are custom-crafted upon request, cancellations made after 24 hours are subject to a restocking fee.

  • In most cases, the restocking fee is 35% of the total purchase price, including applicable taxes.

  • Restocking fees vary by brand and reflect costs charged by manufacturers.

  • For transactions over $2,500, a 3% credit card processing fee will also be deducted.

Refunds, minus applicable fees, will be processed within 10 business days.

Please note that custom-made saunas and made-to-order products are non-returnable. If circumstances change, we encourage you to contact us—we are happy to discuss options and, when possible, assist in finding an alternative solution.

Return Policy for Unused Products

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Items must be packaged securely. Products damaged during return transit due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund.

Important: Products that have been used or installed are not eligible for return due to safety concerns and manufacturer warranty restrictions.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders canceled after shipment are not eligible for refund. If you experience an issue after shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds approved more than 90 days after purchase will be issued via bank transfer, as credit card and PayPal refunds are unavailable for older transactions.

Replacement Process for Damaged or Missing Items

While it is rare to receive a shipment with damage or missing items, the following situations may occur:

  • Visible damage (damaged container or crate)

  • Concealed damage (damaged contents with an undamaged container)

  • Missing items within the shipment

Reporting Requirements

  • Visible damage or item shortages must be clearly noted on the delivery receipt or bill of lading at the time of delivery. Please be as specific as possible.

  • Concealed damage or missing items discovered after opening the packaging must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Notifications must be submitted within this timeframe for a claim to be honored.

Replacement Process

Finnish Sauna Builders will request replacement parts from the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf for any damaged or missing items, provided notification is received within 72 hours of shipment delivery.

Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be honored.

Manufacturer Warranty – Dundalk LeisureCraft Products

Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants its sauna products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the date the product is received by the original end-user consumer.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials

  • Defects in workmanship

  • Residential, normal-use applications only

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Natural weathering or environmental exposure

  • Routine or required maintenance, including but not limited to:

    • Tightening barrel bands

    • Cleaning

    • Staining or sealing the sauna

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation

  • Any injury or damage resulting from misuse of the product

Please refer to your sauna assembly manual for required maintenance guidelines.

Labor & Service Disclaimer

This is a parts-only warranty.
Labor, service, installation, removal, or on-site repair costs are not included under the five-year warranty.

Warranty Claims & Support

Finnish Sauna Builders assists customers by coordinating warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. All warranty requests must include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or documentation as requested

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
