The mPulse Aspire is Sunlighten’s compact one-person Intelligent Infrared Sauna. Its PulseIQ™ platform combines red light with near-, mid-, and far-infrared, allowing each wavelength group to be controlled independently.

An in-sauna smart tablet provides built-in wellness programs and personalized session controls. The Sunlighten app adds remote start, scheduling, and session management. Available in Basswood or Eucalyptus, Aspire is ideal for customers who want the complete mPulse experience in the smallest cabin footprint.

The sauna must plug directly into the dedicated wall outlet. Do not use a power strip, extension cord, converter, or plug adapter. The required circuit and receptacle should be installed and verified by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable local codes.

Placement Requirements

• Install on a level, dry, stable surface.
• Allow at least 4" between the sauna and surrounding walls.
• Allow at least 6" above the sauna for airflow, assembly connections, outlet access, and troubleshooting.
• Keep the sauna away from plumbing, standing water, excessive moisture, combustible materials, and corrosive chemicals.
• Maintain access to the electrical outlet and circuit reset.
• Confirm that Wi-Fi coverage reaches the sauna location.

Sunlighten saunas are designed primarily for protected indoor installation. Outdoor placement requires the correctly sized Sunlighten sauna cover and full compliance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Installing the sauna outdoors without an approved cover may void the warranty.

In-stock Sunlighten saunas normally leave the manufacturer in approximately 3–5 business days. Freight transit may take an additional 12–15 days to reach the customer’s local area. The local freight carrier will contact the customer to schedule the delivery appointment.

The Aspire is delivered on a pallet in two large cartons. Delivery requires a flat, paved access area extending to the garage or designated delivery point. Standard freight carriers do not transport sauna cartons up steps or assemble the sauna inside the home.

Before delivery:

• Confirm that the carrier has the correct phone number.
• Clear a flat, paved area for the pallet.
• Measure the complete path to the final installation room.
• Arrange for at least two capable adults to move and assemble the panels.
• Have the dedicated 120V, 20-amp receptacle installed and tested.

Inspect the cartons before signing the delivery receipt. Note punctures, crushing, tears, moisture, missing cartons, or other visible damage on the delivery paperwork and take photographs. Contact Core Human Health immediately if damage is discovered.

Manufacturer Warranty

For qualifying residential installations, Sunlighten’s limited manufacturer warranty currently provides:

• 7 years on cabinetry and heaters
• 3 years on controls
• 1 year on glass doors and audio components

For qualifying commercial installations:

• 5 years on cabinetry and heaters
• 1 year on controls
• 1 year on glass doors and audio components

Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser and is subject to the manufacturer’s complete terms, exclusions, installation requirements, and claim procedures. Improper electrical service, extension cords, unauthorized alterations, water exposure, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions may void coverage.

Returns and Cancellations

Eligible non-custom mPulse saunas may be considered for return or exchange when initiated within 30 days of delivery and retained in their original, unopened packaging. An opened or assembled sauna cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be subject to:

• A 3% administrative fee
• A $499 mPulse restocking fee
• Return freight charges
• Storage or rerouting fees
• Additional shipping charges for exchanges

Custom sauna orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Contact Core Human Health before returning or refusing any shipment. Authorization is required, and the policies in effect at the time of purchase will govern the order.

Routine Care

• Dry the interior after each session.
• Leave the door and ceiling vent open after use so moisture can dissipate.
• Use a soft cloth and an approved natural sauna cleaner as needed.
• Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or heavily scented products on the interior wood.
• Clean heater fabric only when the sauna is turned off and cool, using a lightly dampened cloth with clear water.
• Vacuum the floor-heater area approximately every two weeks during normal residential use.
• Keep liquids away from the tablet, controls, speakers, heaters, and electrical connections.
• Disconnect power before extended storage or manufacturer-approved service.
