What to know about the mPulse collection.
What makes mPulse a smart sauna?
PulseIQ™ coordinates four independently controlled wavelengths with guided wellness programs. The in-sauna touchscreen and Sunlighten app let you start, schedule, adjust, and personalize sessions more easily.
Does mPulse include red light therapy?
Yes. Red light and near-infrared LEDs are integrated into the heater panels and operate together. Mid- and far-infrared are delivered through separate infrared heaters.
How hot does an mPulse sauna need to be?
mPulse is designed around infrared wavelength delivery rather than extreme cabin heat. The owner's manual identifies approximately 100.4°F to 129°F as the optimal experience range and recommends allowing about 45-60 minutes for warm-up. Personal comfort and room conditions can affect the experience.
What electrical connection is required?
Electrical requirements differ by model. Aspire and Believe use dedicated 120V circuits, while Conquer, Discover, and Empower require dedicated 240V circuits. Always follow the model-specific specifications and use a licensed electrician. The sauna must plug directly into the required wall outlet - never a power strip, extension cord, or converter.
Where can an mPulse sauna be installed?
Install the sauna on a level surface in a dry area protected from weather. Allow the model-specific service and ventilation clearance around the cabin. Outdoor placement requires the approved Sunlighten cover and careful adherence to warranty requirements.
How should the sauna be cleaned?
Wipe interior surfaces after use and leave the door and ceiling vent open to ventilate. Sunlighten recommends its natural sauna cleaner every two to three uses. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners. Clean heater fabric only when the sauna is off, using a slightly damp cloth with clear water.
What residential warranty coverage applies?
Sunlighten's residential warranty provides 7 years of coverage on cabinetry and heaters, 3 years on controls, and 1 year on glass doors and audio components. Manufacturer terms, exclusions, registration requirements, and commercial-use limitations apply.
