Return Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and processing costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Valo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will reflect the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item for processing.
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee.
Cancellations After 24 Hours
For cancellations requested more than 24 hours after purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all Valo products. This fee covers processing, handling, and restocking costs.
