Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund. This fee covers inspection, testing, repackaging, and processing costs.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Valo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will reflect the purchase price minus the 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned item for processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund with no restocking fee.

Cancellations After 24 Hours

For cancellations requested more than 24 hours after purchase, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all Valo products. This fee covers processing, handling, and restocking costs.
