The Vue Sauna Cabin is delivered fully assembled via flatbed trailer. Customers are notified approximately two weeks prior to delivery to allow adequate preparation.
Due to the size and weight of the unit, a forklift or crane is required for placement, and manual offloading is not recommended. A licensed electrician must complete heater installation. The path from the delivery point to the final placement location must be clear and accessible for equipment.
Saunas should be installed on a firm, level surface with proper drainage, such as concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel.
The ThermaSol Vue Sauna Cabin includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. Core Human Health provides personalized pre- and post-purchase support to assist with site planning, delivery coordination, installation readiness, and long-term care considerations.
