• A licensed electrician should complete all heater, control and lighting connections in accordance with the applicable manuals and local codes.
• Install the sauna on a stable, level foundation with adequate drainage.
• Avoid locations where water can collect underneath or drain directly toward the sauna.
• Confirm the complete exterior dimensions, delivery pathway, door clearance and future service access before installation.

Standard insured curbside LTL freight delivery within the contiguous United States is included in the displayed product price. Additional delivery services or locations requiring special access may require a separate quote.

The SaunaLife CL3G ships as an outdoor sauna kit through scheduled LTL freight service. The current estimated dispatch time is displayed near the Add to Cart button.

The CL3G ships flat-packed on a pallet measuring approximately 70.9″ W × 43.3″ D × 32.3″ H and weighing approximately 990 lb. Before shipment, confirm that a full-size freight truck can access your address and that you have a clear route from the delivery area to the installation location.

• The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery after the shipment reaches your local terminal.
  
• Standard delivery is curbside and does not include unpacking, assembly, indoor placement or movement to the final installation site.
  
• Arrange adequate help and equipment to move the components safely from the delivery point.
  
• Inspect the shipment before signing. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photographs and contact Core Human Health immediately.
  
• The CL3G requires on-site assembly on a stable, level foundation with adequate drainage.
  
• Electrical connections for the heater, controls and lighting should be completed by a qualified electrician.
  
• Core Human Health is available to help with delivery preparation and installation questions.

Returns

Returns are accepted of new and uninstalled SaunaLife products when requested within 30 days of purchase.

To request a return, contact Core Human Health at 828.330.8564 or support@corehumanhealth.com.Do not ship the product before receiving written approval, a Return Authorization number and return instructions from Core Human Health.

Returns When You Change Your Mind

• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Bathing Brands does not charge a set restocking fee.
• We strongly recommend insuring the shipment and using the same shipping method by which it was delivered—Ground or LTL freight.
• Bathing Brands will inspect the product after it is received.
• If the product is returned undamaged, Core Human Health will issue the approved refund, less any required new-boxing fee. New-boxing fees are generally approximately $20–$50, depending on the product.
• If the product is damaged during return shipping, a claim may need to be filed with the customer’s return carrier. Insured return shipping is therefore strongly recommended.

Delivery Damage or Bathing Brands Error

Bathing Brands covers return shipping when a return is required because of delivery damage or a Bathing Brands fulfillment error.

Please photograph the damage and contact Core Human Health immediately. When damage is visible at delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and retain a copy for the claim.

Return eligibility is subject to the complete Core Human Health Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable Bathing Brands requirements.

Basic Care

• Review the installation manual completely before beginning assembly.
• Install the sauna on a stable, level foundation with appropriate drainage.
• Apply a suitable wood-protection product after assembly and repeat treatment as needed for outdoor exposure.
• Wipe benches with a clean, damp cloth after use and allow the sauna to dry with proper ventilation.
• Do not use pressure washers, harsh chemicals, paint or varnish on the sauna wood.
• Inspect hardware, hinges, wood surfaces and heater stones regularly.
• Always follow the selected heater manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.
