Heater and site planning

A compatible sauna heater, control system and sauna stones are required and sold separately. Core Human Health can help you choose a suitable package for your sauna and preferences. Confirm heater sizing, safety clearances and electrical requirements using the selected equipment manuals before installation. Arrange electrical work with a licensed electrician. Prepare a solid, level, well-drained base designed for the sauna, heater, stones and occupants.

Shipping and assembly

Ships by LTL freight. Confirm delivery access, unloading arrangements and shipping charges with Core Human Health before ordering. Plan for moving components from the delivery point to your prepared site. Assembly and exterior painting are required. Freight delivery does not include assembly, painting or electrical work. Inspect your shipment and document visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Warranty, returns and care

Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to SaunaLife’s applicable written terms and exclusions. Contact Core Human Health for the current warranty document and assistance with product questions. Review our Return and Refund Policy before ordering. Confirm eligibility and obtain authorization before returning an item.

Request the current EE8GB installation manual, dimension drawing, SaunaLife care guide and SaunaShield paint instructions from Core Human Health before starting your project. Follow the manufacturer’s directions for wood care, ventilation, exterior painting and ongoing maintenance. Keep your order details and product documentation for future reference.

Return Policy

Bathing Brands Returns & Cancellations

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
  • Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original packaging, pallet, manuals, hardware, accessories, and components.
  • Prior written approval and a Return Authorization number are required.
  • There is no standard restocking fee for an eligible return.
  • Customers are responsible for return freight on non-defective returns.
  • A reboxing fee of approximately $20–$50 may apply when the original packaging is incomplete.
  • Approved shipping costs are covered when the product arrives damaged or the supplier ships an incorrect product.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately and are not approved until confirmed in writing.
